Refund policy
Our return policy allows you 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
For a return to be accepted, the item must remain in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please inform us promptly so we can address the issue accordingly.
EXCEPTIONS
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items purchased on sale or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient method is to return the original item, and upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the desired item.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalise the refund.
